Purposely living

Ours is a generation where we have fear, confusion, loss or lack of identity, hope, faith and worst of all action. In the wake of these ailments which are not new, we need an awakening to be who God wants us to be, Vines and Pillars.

Having attended school in a cold area of Limuru, Kenya, I learnt that life can at times be ‘cold’. Intimidation is a constant threat.  At school, you always had to be in warm sweaters and long skirts. This acted as shield against the biting winds and constant rain. I had to adapt and this has contributed to the making of who I am today. I would like to be shield for someone where possible. People around us are our wings, so if the are broken and hurting we are also troubled. My role is to encourage those around me to be the best they are meant to be, despite circumstances.

I invite you to walk alongside me as we muse on life and grow to an abundant life.
